Besides the main activity, which is the economic promotion of the area of Vigo, the Consortium carries out actions in the city to cooperate with the best productivity of the industrial, managerial and services sectors. This way, in the 90s the Consortium executed the transformation of the maritime facade in the city centre and in the quarter of Bouzas, as well as different road infrastructures, public car parks and one shopping centre.
